Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply when you use Zombie Couple Video AI (zombiecouplevideoai.com, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us right away at support@zombiecouplevideoai.com if you think someone else is using it.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos:

• of yourself, or
• of other adults who have given you permission to use their image in this way, or
• of your own pet.

You must not upload photos of anyone under 18, or of a public figure or celebrity. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every photo you upload. You keep ownership of your photos and give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to create and deliver your videos.

What you may not create or do

You agree not to use the service to:

• impersonate someone, or create content meant to mislead others into believing it is real;
• harass, bully, threaten, shame or defame anyone;
• create sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content, or graphic violence beyond the style of the generated scenes;
• create content involving minors in any way;
• break any law, or infringe anyone's privacy, likeness or intellectual property rights;
• probe, scrape, overload or bypass the security or limits of the service, or resell it without our permission.

We may remove content, refuse to generate, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal content to the authorities.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people shown, you may download, keep and share the videos you generate, including on social media. We do not use your videos in our marketing without your permission. When you post a video, follow the platform's rules for AI-generated content, such as adding an "AI-generated" label where required.

AI output can be imperfect. Faces may not look exactly like the photos, and results vary between generations. We do not guarantee a particular result.

Credits and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits, bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
• The credit cost of each video is shown before you generate it.
• Credits are valid for 1 year from purchase, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• If a video fails to generate, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Prices may change, but a change never affects a pack you have already bought.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Our service

We own the service, its design and its software. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service as a whole. If we close the service, we will refund unused credits from packs bought within the previous 12 months.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, or if we are required to by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for content you create or share. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the service. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated terms apply.
