Who we are

Zombie Couple Video AI (zombiecouplevideoai.com, "we", "us") lets you turn two photos into a short AI video. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. Contact us at support@zombiecouplevideoai.com.

What we collect

1. Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. If email sign-in is offered, we store your email and a hashed password.
2. Photos you upload: the two images you upload to make a video. These usually show faces of you and another person, or of a pet.
3. Videos we generate: the video made from your photos, plus the options you chose (relationship, scene and length).
4. Purchases and credits: the packs you buy, your credit balance and history. Card and payment details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Support messages: what you send us in support tickets or chat, including any images you attach.
6. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookies needed for sign-in and preferences. If analytics are enabled, usage statistics as described in the cookie banner.

How we use your photos

We use your photos only to generate the video you requested and to show it back to you. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, we do not create a facial recognition template to identify you, and we do not sell them or use them in our marketing without your separate permission.

To create the video, your photos and the text instructions are sent to our AI video provider, which runs the video model and returns the result. The video is then stored so you can watch and download it.

Why we process your data

• To provide the service you asked for: sign-in, generating videos, keeping your credits and creations, and support.
• Your consent: before generating, you confirm that the photos show you or people who agreed to appear. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the content as described below.
• Legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding how the service is used.
• Legal obligations: keeping purchase records as required by tax and accounting law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit how they may use it:

• AI video processing: our AI video API provider and the model provider behind it receive your photos and instructions to produce the video.
• Storage and hosting: cloud providers that host the site, the database and the stored photos and videos.
• Sign-in: Google, when you choose Google sign-in.
• Payments: the payment provider you use at checkout.
• Analytics and support tools, if enabled on the site.

We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the people shown in uploaded photos, or the public.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and other regions where they operate. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• Photos and videos: kept while your account is active so you can access your creations, until you delete them or ask us to.
• Account data: kept until you ask us to delete your account.
• Purchase records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion.
• Support messages: kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow-ups.

Our AI provider may keep the files it received for a limited time under its own policies.

Deleting your data

You can remove a video from "My creations" at any time, which removes it from your account. To permanently delete your photos, videos and account, email support@zombiecouplevideoai.com from the address you signed up with. We complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Brazil's LGPD, Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or limit some processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, contact us at the email above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Age requirement

The service is for people aged 18 or older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn that photos of a minor were uploaded, we delete them.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited access to stored files. No system is completely secure, so please do not upload anything you would not want processed by the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the service.
