Refund Policy

The short version

• A video that fails to generate costs nothing: the credits go back to your balance automatically.
• A credit pack you have not used at all can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• If a finished video is clearly broken, tell us within 7 days and we will look at it.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us. You can see the return in your credit history.

Unused credit packs

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the credits from that pack have been used. Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is no longer refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Problems with a finished video

AI results vary, and a video that does not match your taste is not a reason for a refund. But if a finished video is clearly broken, for example the people in it are not recognizable, a person is missing or replaced, or the video does not play, contact us within 7 days with the video. If we confirm the problem, we will return the credits for that video so you can try again.

How to ask for a refund

Open a support ticket from your account, or email support@zombiecouplevideoai.com from the address you signed up with. Include your order number or the video in question.

We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country, such as the right of withdrawal for online purchases.
